About me

Hi, my name is Andrea Williams. I’ve been a Realtor for over twenty years. In 2008, during the 2008 Financial Crisis, I expanded into hospitality—a decision that would shape an entirely new dimension of my career.

I was professionally trained in 2008 by Robert Gold of Probarserv in Potomac, MD. What began as training evolved into mastery. I first owned my foundation as a bartender, then elevated my craft through intentional study and refined drink creation.

My experience in multi-faucet bartending and high-level event service placed me in rooms and conversations that would have otherwise been inaccessible. This wasn’t just bartending—it was proximity, presence, and opportunity. The event space is a networking ecosystem, and I learned how to move within it with purpose.

Hospitality opened doors. It expanded my sphere of influence. It created income streams, relationships, and visibility that directly complemented my real estate business. The synergy between real estate and hospitality has been one of my greatest strategic advantages.

Fun Facts:

  • I crafted a martini for Al Gore

  • John Legend performed piano right beside my bar during an Inauguration event

  • A martini I made for a World Bank executive led to a referral connection to Bank of America for my real estate business

Now, what did you notice about my story?

Martinis.

That wasn’t by accident.

Robert Gold taught me the art of crafting a truly exceptional martini—precision, balance, presentation, and presence. It’s more than a drink; it’s an experience. And in many cases, it’s a conversation starter… a connector… a door opener.

And now, I will teach you the same.
